The Hydra Mono Sit Ski, distributed exclusively in Australia by Adaptive Concepts, represents the new generation of high-performance monoskis with unique suspension kinematics.

This innovative design allows the monoskier’s body to move automatically, mimicking the movements of able-bodied skiers during turns. The Hydra applies pressure near the ski tip at turn initiation, shifts the pressure under the foot at the turn’s apex, and moves slightly towards the back to accelerate out of the turn. This advanced suspension system helps skiers with limited upper body abilities to shift their weight and turn easily, providing better pressure distribution and control.

Retaining the competitive advantages of DynAccess monoskis, the Hydra is responsive, strong, and lightweight, thanks to its exceptionally stiff frame made from high-quality materials. Equipped with a high-performance Penske Racing shock absorber specifically developed for DynAccess monoskis, the Hydra is ideal for racers and intermediate to advanced recreational skiers.
