The Pique-R is a rigid version without a chairlift assist system. It’s lighter, stronger, and more precise—ideal for skiers willing to adapt their chairlift technique for improved downhill performance.
Unlike other sit-skis, the Pique adjusts the skier’s center of mass at the upper frame, not the ski. This means consistent suspension performance no matter your seat angle, footrest setup, body size, or whether you’re an amputee. With a wide adjustment range and ET’s easy-to-use design, it suits both individuals and adaptive programs.
Its smart suspension system features a lightweight mountain bike shock, minimal unsprung weight, and a dual-link leverage curve for responsive, nimble skiing. The shock is positioned up and out of the way, offering more chairlift clearance and comfort.
The Pique is available as a frame only (to use with your own seat) or with our Clam Shell Seating System in low or high back options. The Clam Shell is compatible across the Dynamique, Monique, and Pique models—making it especially convenient for programs.

Lightweight Build
- Made from aircraft-grade aluminum, the frame weighs under 25 lbs (without a seat).
Ride Height
- The Pique-R has a mid-range ride height—more stable and playful than taller sit-skis, but still responsive.
Easy Adjustments
- Adjusts the center of mass at the upper frame (not the ski), ensuring consistent suspension performance for all body types and setups.
- Offers 3″ of center of mass adjustment in ¾” steps.
- Seat angle, footrest angle, and position adjust with a single 7/32” Allen wrench.
- A #3 screwdriver is used to adjust seat and footrest length.
- Color-coded bolts simplify setup: silver for instructors, black for maintenance.
- Seat angle adjusts through four positions over 15°, and the footrest adapts to different thigh and calf lengths (one footrest size available).

- Uses a RockShox Vivid Ultimate Coil with over 6″ of travel.
- Tunable rebound, low/high-speed compression, and hydraulic bottom-out control.
- Minimizes unsprung weight for better snow feel and quicker suspension response.
- Anti-squat design resists energy loss for more efficient turns.
- Dual-link layout delivers plush, consistent, and progressive suspension through the stroke.
- Suspension mimics the motion of able-bodied skiers: tip engagement early, stable mid-turn, and tail-weighted at full travel.
Chairlift-Friendly Design
- Shock is tucked away for better clearance and comfort.
- One-sided skid on the lower frame prevents chairlift hang-ups and helps with ski binding entry.
- Recessed skid plate has no rivets or snags.
Clam Shell Seating System
- Durable, stiff fiberglass seat with adjustable back angle.
- Great for chairlift use, multiple users, or fine-tuning fit.

Boot Sole Length
